1-on-1 Personal Training That Actually Works—Because It’s Built Around You

At TBS Collective, every 1-on-1 coaching relationship begins here. The PT INTRO is your chance to build confidence, create clarity, and lay a strong foundation — without pressure or confusion.

How it works:

In Session 1, we’ll meet for a consultation to discuss your goals, lifestyle, and training history. We’ll then go through a short movement screen and use any remaining time for an intro workout so you leave the very first session feeling accomplished.

  • Session 2 is all about getting into the flow. We’ll train together with purpose, focusing on:

    • Building strength

    • Learning new movements

    • Feeling confident and capable in the gym

This isn’t a fitness test — it’s a launchpad. A simple, supportive way to get started with expert guidance and a coach who’s on your side
