Founder of TBS Collective | Personal Trainer & Nutritionist
Hey there — I'm Stephen, founder of TBS Collective and the coach behind the vision. I created this platform to help everyday people build long-lasting strength, improve their fitness, and feel confident in their bodies — without burning out or giving up the things they enjoy.
I’ve spent the last 12+ years coaching clients across Ireland, Canada, and the UK, helping them take control of their health through evidence-based training and nutrition. As an MNU Certified Nutritionist and experienced personal trainer, I believe real progress comes from a structured plan, honest coaching, and a strong client-coach relationship.
My approach is rooted in fitness, strength, and longevity—with coaching that fits your life. Whether we’re working one-on-one in the gym or online through The Collective Method, everything I do is built around making your journey sustainable and rewarding. And yes, sometimes there’s even a bit of singing involved.
