  • Session 1: Consultation, Movement Screen & Intro Workout (60 mins)
    We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, and training history, followed by a short movement screen. Whatever time is left in the session, we’ll use to get moving in the gym — no pressure, just a feel-good intro to training.

  • Session 2: Strength-Focused Personal Training Session
    A full 1-on-1 training session based on what we’ve learned—focused on building strength, learning new movements, and helping you feel confident and capable in the gym.

  • Follow-Up & Next Steps
    If you choose to keep training together, you’ll receive a personalised follow-up with recommendations and how we can move forward.

How do I book the PT INTRO offer?

Where do the sessions take place?

At a premium gym in downtown Toronto. I’ll send all the details once we’ve confirmed your first session. No membership required for PT clients.

What if I haven’t trained in a while (or ever)?

That’s totally okay — this is exactly what the PT INTRO is for. We’ll meet you where you're at and focus on movement, strength, and feeling good.

What should I bring to my session?

Just wear something comfortable, bring water, and show up ready to move. I’ll guide you through the rest.

Do I need to be fit to start?

Not at all. You don’t need to be fit — you just need to start. We'll build your strength and confidence, step by step.

What happens after the two sessions?

If you want to keep going, I’ll walk you through the options for continuing with 1-on-1 training. No pressure—just honest advice on what’s best for you.
